Pre-school Education day
We have arranged for you to help out at a local charity that helps provide some of the poorest children with life changing education. Here you will be warming welcomed by both children and staff. We encourage you to get involved with activities such as teaching basic English, assisting the teacher with lessons or group play. You can even decided to go rogue and lead a lesson about stand-up comedy or funny nursery rhymes. Whatever you do, be prepared to come aware with a heart warming, unforgettable experience.
Orphanage Experience
Volunteering at orphanages can be controversial especially with concerns surrounding child exploitation with regards to ‘Voluntourism’. Here at PEA with work alongside reputable children’s homes that not only clothe and feed their amazing children but also nourish their hearts and minds with love, friendship and a strong belief in education. You will have the humbling opportunity to spend some time with some of the most resilient, loving and mischievous children known to man. Assist them in their weekly swimming lessons, read to them or lend a listening ear, they might even treat you to a make-shift Spa session!
Sustainable Farming
Buzz off!…..Only kidding! Witness sustainable ways of living such as bee-keeping as a constant source of the sweet stuff. Why not learn about other sustainable ways of living such as goat rearing or tree planting? All we ask of you to give is a smile, a few hours of your day and the willingness to learn.
